If all looks good in the report, we’ll write up a a Work Agreement, you authorize us to do the work, and agree to the estimate. If you are paying out of pocket we’ll schedule a date to start work. If you are working with an insurance company, you sign an authorization for us to deal with them on your behalf, and we’ll take care of the details.
04. Add on Damage or Additional Work
If during our work we identify or uncover additional damage. We will notify you, and let you direct our work. If we’re working with an insurance company, we’ll take pictures contact your agent and write up add on repairs that most insurance companies will cover (minus your deposit of course).
